Return Policy:
Please call to get prior authorization and an RA# (required) before returning any items. Items being returned, as new, must be in the original packaging and never mounted to a bicycle. Refunds will not be processed until we have received the item and find it to be in original, never mounted condition. Customers will receive a refund of the purchase price of the item minus any shipping charges incurred by ibikedoyou2.com. (That means if we paid any shipping charges that amount will not be refunded to you.) Any item that has been mounted or used and does not contain original packaging will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus the price ibikedoyou2.com paid for shipment of the item. Items must be sent back freight prepaid; no C.O.D.'s will be accepted. Returns must be made within 30 days. Please call 1-800-605-5902 to process any returns or cancellations.
